大连理工大学机械工程学院 贾振元、康旭东、刘永刚、王大志、孙晶赴澳大利亚、新西兰访问公示

           应昆士兰大学机械学院和奥克兰大学徐旬教授邀请,我单位贾振元、康旭东、刘永刚、王大志、孙晶拟赴澳大利亚、新西兰进行工作访问和学术交流。现将该团组拟出访情况公示如下:

一、出访成员

贾振元  大连理工大学副校长、辽宁重大装备制造协同创新中心主任,教授

康旭东  辽宁重大装备制造协同创新中心常务副主任,教授

   刘永刚  辽宁重大装备制造协同创新中心专职副主任

二、出访国家、任务、日程安排、往返航线

出访地区:澳大利亚昆士兰大学、新西兰奥克兰大学

出访任务和日程安排如下:

为了进一步加强海外人才引进工作,对学校“双一流”建设目标提供人才支撑,并加强国际化人才培养建设,辽宁重大装备制造协同创新中心及机械工程学院围绕一流学科建设、人才队伍现状和本科人才培养目标,根据前期沟通情况,访问澳大利亚昆士兰大学、新西兰奥克兰大学,与昆士兰大学机械学院签署“3+1+1”本科联合培养协议,宣传辽宁重大装备制造协同创新中心以及机械工程学院人才引进政策,进一步落实相关人才引进工作,并且围绕国际科研合作和国际化人才培养等进行交流。  

11月30日:离开大连,抵达广州(航班号CZ3607)

12月01日:广州飞往布里斯班市,到达昆士兰(航班号CZ381)

12月02日:上午与昆士兰大学相关领导座谈

12月02日:下午与昆士兰大学机械学院签订本科人才培养3+1+1协议

12月03日:上午参观昆士兰大学机械学院相关实验室并与相关教授座谈,讨论科研合作和人才培养。

12月03日:下午向相关人员宣传机械工程学院及协同创新中心人才引进政策,讨论人才引进。

12月04日:参加黄含教授研究团队报告会并与团队成员就协同创新中心及机械学院科研问题进行讨论。

12月04日:下午由昆士兰到奥克兰(航班号NZ136)

12月05日:上午参观奥克兰大学机械学院相关实验室,并与相关教授座谈,讨论科研合作和人才培养。

12月05日:下午参加徐旬教授研究团队报告会并与团队成员就协同创新中心及机械学院科研问题进行讨论。

12月06日:上午向相关人员宣传机械工程学院及协同创新中心人才引进政策,讨论国际班、创新班的国际化人才培养相关措施。

12月06日:下午从奥克兰飞往广州(航班号CZ306)

12月07日:广州飞往大连(航班号CZ3604)

昆士兰大学机械工程系介绍

One of the broadest areas of engineering activity, mechanical engineers have a strong understanding of fundamental engineering science and mathematics and use this to design and maintain a wide range of machines and engineering systems. Mechanical engineers design and oversee the manufacture of machinery and equipment for all branches of industry, including major operations such as power plants. If failures occur, they analyse the cause of the failure and determine how to avoid this in the future. Mechanical Engineers develop methods for the economical combustion of fuels, the conversion of heat energy into mechanical power and the use of that power to perform useful work.

You will study core courses in design, mathematics, modelling, computing, management and engineering science. Electives in later years will give you an opportunity to study in greater depth the fields of interest for individual career options. The principal topics in mechanical engineering are solid mechanics and material science, design and manufacturing, dynamics and control and thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

奥克兰大学工程系介绍

The Faculty of Engineering strives to constantly achieve the amazing in an ever-evolving technological landscape. Our excellent reputation is reflected in the success of our staff, students and alumni.

Research is one of our faculty's major strengths – here, we partake in interdisciplinary projects and boast notable collaborations with public and private organizations, research institutions, and industry. We also believe that life for students extends beyond the classroom. The Engineering Atrium, a well-recognized area in our Central Campus, surrounds a 250-seat oval-shaped lecture theatre, a 'neon foyer' which houses many networking events, four computer laboratories, and seating areas and beanbags. This is the hub for many student activities, thanks to its relaxed environment that can be used for both study, socializing, and activities hosted by our University and faculty clubs and associations.

Our illustrious alumni include: former University of Oxford Vice-Chancellor, Dr John Hood; the most successful yachtsman in America's Cup history, Russell Coutts; Oscar winner Mark Sagar; Chris Liddell, previously Chief Financial Officer of both Microsoft and General Motors, and many more.
